You can collect your order from any ACS Courier store. You can select your preferred pickup store by adding comments in the available notes section.
Additionally, the order can be delivered to your location by adding the shipping address in the contact details form.
Once the product delivery process is completed, either from ACS offices or your location, it is possible to return the items to any ACS store. Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered without damage or any other alterations. Additionally, if the order involves a product with a printed number or name, returns are not accepted.
For shipments within Cyprus, there is no additional charge for purchases over 25 euros. If purchases are below 25 euros, the charges are 3 euros for delivery to your nearest ACS COURIER and 5 euros for delivery to your location. For shipments outside Cyprus, the charge increases to an additional 20 euros.
Once the order is completed, it is transferred to the ACS offices to proceed with the shipping and delivery process. Typically, shipping takes 3-4 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. However, if the order involves any name and number printing or in the case of a return, the process may take longer.
